Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights, variance analysis, and recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Accounts Management

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank statements and financial transactions.
• E-Invoicing, quotations, reta consignments, and corporate account vendor applications.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and internal policies & audit.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as required on tax, relevant business licences & registrations, social enterprise accreditations, e-perolehan etc.

HR & Payroll

• Payroll and all necessary statutory payments .
• Prepare HR documents and maintain Employee Records.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysia labour laws.

Requirements:

• You love working in a dynamic, flexible workplace and believe in our mission.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts or Finance / Operations management role.
• Knowledge of creating processes and systems.
• Excellent ability to use Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite and Teams, very good with spreadsheets.
• Good math skills- Attention to detail.
• Confidentiality and integrity
- Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Degree or diploma in Accounting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠Plan, create and manage high-quality content (videos and photography) for digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Determine visual direction, trim and edit footage to create logical and visually appealing narratives, together with music, dialogue and graphics
  Create scroll-stopping content for campaigns, promos, new product drops, and everyday brand storytelling.
• ⁠Write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, product pages, and campaigns.
• Develop storytelling strategies that reflect brand values and connect with our community.
• ⁠Coordinate photoshoots and video production with internal and external teams.
• Monitor and report on content performance; adapt strategies accordingly.
• Repurpose existing content across platforms to maximize reach and impact.

• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement

• Knowledge of sustainability practices and social impact initiatives
• Fluency in English and proficiency in local Malaysian languages is a plus
• ​Having marketing, business development or digital growth experience would also be a plus
