We carefully check every item before we send it off to you. However, in the event that your order is defective*, Earth Heir offers exchanges.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns at this time.
- Email email@example.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please quote your order number and let us know what went wrong. A member of our team will be in touch with you within 1 working day to guide you through the exchange process.
- To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. Items must also include all original packaging and tickets.
- If we are unable to replace the product, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, or in the form of store credit. Let us know which you would prefer.
*Almost all our products are handwoven, hand-dyed or made out of natural fibres. As such, natural variations such as vertical & horizontal lines and minor snags may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of digital photography and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen as an exact colour of the product.
