VERY HELPFUL STAFF!!!

I needed to receive the bag on a certain day in Ipoh with only 2 days notice, and asked them if that was possible. They consulted with DHL immediately, and suggested me to place the order asap so that they can ship it in half and hour, then it would be possible for me to get it on time. While I was placing the order and making the payment for the bag and the courrier service separately, taking quite a long time, they kindly started to wrap and pack the parcel at the same time so it can be picked up by DHL smoothly. Everything went so well, and I will be able to hand the bag to my auntie on her birthday in Vietnam! Thanks a lot! See you soon.
