From France to Malaysia: My Experience Volunteering with Earth Heir

Avoir choisi Earth Heir n’était pas pour moi un choix anodin, son histoire, ses produits et tous chez cette entreprise m’ont dès le départ subjugué.
Lorsque j’ai quitté la France pour la Malaisie je ne pensais pas vivre une expérience comme celle que j’ai vécu, une expérience magnifique que je n'oublierai jamais.
Dès mon premier jour au sein de Earth Heir j’ai été très bien accueilli par l’ensemble des membres de l’équipe qui n’ont cessé de m’aider et m’accompagner tout au long de mon stage.

C'était pour moi ma première expérience professionnelle dans une entreprise à l’étranger, au début j'appréhendais vraiment cette nouvelle expérience car je ne savais vraiment pas à quoi m’attendre, sachant que j’allais me retrouver dans un environnement qui m’est totalement inconnu, mais heureusement j’ai pu apprendre plein de nouvelles choses, découvrir une nouvelle culture ainsi qu’un nouveau pays.

Durant cette période j’ai été chargée de faire des posts pour les différents réseaux sociaux de l’entreprise, je me suis aussi occupée de la gestion des stocks des différents produits vendus par Earth Heir et j’ai pu aussi apporter mon aide lors des différents événements auxquels a été conviée l’entreprise. Lors de ces événements j’ai pu interagir avec la clientèle et découvrir de nouvelles entreprises ce qui a permis de fortifier mon réseau à l’étranger. Ce stage m’a en effet permis d’acquérir de nombreuses compétences tels que la communication, l’autonomie, la prise de parole en public, la capacité à pouvoir communiquer en anglais cela m'a aussi permit d’en savoir plus sur la place des entreprises social en Malaisie, de plus grâce à ce stage j’ai pu améliorer mon niveau en anglais, cela à été pour moi un enrichissement aussi bien sur le plan professionnel que personnel, grâce à ce stage j’ai pu faire la rencontre de personnes qui resteront à jamais graver dans mon cœur, cela m'a aussi permit de faire la découverte de ce magnifique pays qu'est la Malaisie durant mon séjour j’ai pu y découvrir la nourriture locale, les différentes cultures qui cohabitent et découvrir de nouveaux paysages.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié les conseils et les enseignements que j'ai reçus de la part de l’équipe tout au long du stage. Je suis convaincu que cette expérience me sera très utile pour mon avenir professionnel.

Choosing Earth Heir was significant for me, its history, its products and everything at this company, captivated me from the start.

When I left France for Malaysia I didn't think I would have an experience like the one I had, a magnificent experience that I will never forget. From my first day at Earth Heir, I was very well received by all the members of the team who kept helping and accompanying me throughout my internship.

It was my first professional experience in a company abroad, at first I was really apprehensive about this new experience because I really didn't know what to expect, knowing that I was going to find myself in an environment that is totally unknown to me, but fortunately I was able to learn a lot of new things, discover a new culture and a new country.

During this period I was in charge of making posts for the company's various social networks, I also took care of the inventory management of the various products sold by Earth Heir and I was also able to help during the various events to which the company was invited. During these events I was able to interact with customers and discover new companies which made it possible to strengthen my network abroad. This internship has indeed allowed me to acquire many skills such as communication, autonomy, public speaking, the ability to communicate in English.
It also allowed me to know more about the place of social enterprises in Malaysia, moreover thanks to this internship I was able to improve my level in English. It was enriching, both professionally and personally, and thanks to this internship I was able to meet people who will remain forever engraved in my heart. I was able to discover this Beautiful country that is Malaysia during my stay, explore the local food, the different cultures that coexist and discover new landscapes.

I really appreciated the advice and lessons I received from the team throughout the internship. I am convinced that this experience will be very useful for my professional future. And finally, I really want to thank Sasi for making this possible and the entire Earth Heir team for their warm welcome and kindness.
